Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for a Transaction Coordinator for Real Estate Investors. The Transaction Coordinator will be responsible for managing all aspects of the real estate transaction process, ensuring seamless communication and collaboration between all parties involved. Key responsibilities include handling transaction documentation, working with escrow agencies, and maintaining updates throughout the transaction lifecycle. Providing excellent customer service and communication will be essential to keep stakeholders informed and satisfied.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Transaction Coordination and Transaction Management to effectively handle all aspects of real estate transactions
  • Knowledge and experience with Escrow processes to ensure accurate and timely documentation
  • Outstanding Communication and Customer Service skills to maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail to ensure accurate record-keeping and timely task completion
  • Ability to work independently in a remote environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Prior experience in real estate or real estate investment is a significant advantage
