QA Lead

Location: This position is remote within Colombia

As a QA Lead, you'll operate at the intersection of technology, collaboration, and craft, working closely with cross-functional teams and global clients to ensure our products meet the highest standards of performance, usability, and reliability.

Huge is seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented QA Lead to support multiple accounts. This is a client facing role, ideal for someone who thrives in collaborative, fast-paced environments and enjoys owning quality across complex, multi-project ecosystems.

In this role, you'll be responsible for ensuring the quality of web and mobile applications through rigorous manual and functional testing, while actively participating in Agile delivery teams as well as leading and mentoring others. You'll partner closely with developers, product managers, and stakeholders to proactively identify risks, validate solutions, and uphold quality standards across multiple initiatives.

• End-to-End Manual Testing: Execute thorough manual and functional testing across web and mobile platforms (desktop, iOS, and Android).
• Automation testing with Copado/Selenium
• Leading and mentoring more junior QAs
• Multi-Project Quality Ownership: Ensure consistent quality across multiple projects and accounts simultaneously.
• Agile Collaboration: Actively participate in Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, refinement, reviews, and retrospectives.
• Web & Mobile Validation: Validate functionality, usability, and performance across desktop and mobile experiences.
• CMS & Content Testing: Test CMS-driven applications, ensuring content accuracy and functional integrity.
• Client-Facing Communication: Collaborate directly with client stakeholders, clearly communicating testing outcomes, risks, and recommendations.
• Quality Advocacy: Champion QA best practices and continuously look for opportunities to improve processes and outcomes.
• Cross-Functional Partnership: Work closely with developers, product managers, and designers to ensure requirements are clearly understood and met.

• 5+ years of experience executing and planning testing, experience with functional testing
• Experience with automation testing with Copado/Selenium and end to end testing
• Salesforce Core testing experience
• Experience validating CSS styles such as font, color, box model, units, effects and grids
• Understands and uses Chrome Developer tools, Firebug, Browserstack or other inspect developer tools
• Familiarity with basic accessibility concepts and how browser add ons and tools can support QA tasks.
• Experience designing testing strategies around CMS
• A positive and pragmatic approach to problem solving, and a grasp of how to search for problems and articulate them in a clear and concise manner.
• Strong appreciation for design and user experience.
• Experience building working relationships with clients
• Proven record of coaching teams and leading project, team and client communication with transparency
• Owns project or program outcomes
