Descripción del Puesto

Buscamos un profesional proactivo y orientado a los detalles para actuar como un vínculo clave entre los clientes potenciales y nuestro equipo interno. Este rol, REMOTO, gestiona llamadas entrantes, mensajes y consultas de limpieza, apoya el proceso de ventas y asegura una experiencia inicial fluida para el cliente. Las responsabilidades incluyen recopilar información de los prospectos, preparar propuestas de servicio, hacer seguimiento para apoyar la conversión y gestionar la recepción inicial de inquietudes de los clientes antes de remitir todos los detalles al miembro del equipo responsable de su resolución.

Calificaciones

  • Fluidez en inglés (escrito y verbal) requerida
  • Fuertes habilidades de comunicación, tanto verbales como escritas
  • Mentalidad enfocada en el cliente, con capacidad para manejar consultas e inquietudes de manera calmada y profesional
  • Experiencia comprobada en servicio al cliente, con enfoque en la satisfacción del cliente y la construcción de relaciones
  • Habilidades sólidas de organización y gestión del tiempo, con capacidad para manejar múltiples tareas y prioridades
  • Capacidad para trabajar de forma independiente y colaborar eficazmente con un equipo
  • Atención al detalle, con capacidad para recopilar, documentar y transmitir información con precisión
  • Confiable, receptivo y adaptable en un entorno dinámico y en crecimiento
  • Competencia en plataformas de redes sociales como Facebook e Instagram para la interacción con clientes y apoyo en la generación de prospectos
  • Se prefiere licenciatura en Negocios, Marketing o un campo relacionado
  • La experiencia en la industria de limpieza o servicios es una ventaja
