Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Bogota, D.C., for the position of Executive Regional Vice President. The role involves leading strategic initiatives and operations within the assigned region, overseeing business development and managing key partnerships, monitoring financial performance and ensuring alignment with organizational goals, and mentoring regional teams to drive success. The Executive Regional Vice President will also collaborate with cross-functional teams to increase market penetration and operational efficiency.

Qualifications

  • Leadership and management expertise, including team development and organizational strategy
  • Proficiency in business development, financial analysis, and market assessment
  • Strong decision-making, problem-solving, and critical thinking abilities
  • Operational knowledge in project management and process optimization
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills
  • Demonstrated ability to collaborate across varying departments and teams
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, Finance, or a related field; MBA preferred
  • Experience in the private equity or finance sector is a strong advantage
