Dweeso Digital Marketing

is seeking a bilingual (English/Spanish) Account & Project Manager to join our growing team.LATAM-based preferred.

This hybrid role combines client relationship management with internal project coordination. You'll be the bridge between our U.S. and Latin America teams—ensuring client satisfaction, organized workflows, and on-time delivery of marketing projects.

Key Responsibilities

Account Management

  • Act as the main point of contact for assigned clients (English and Spanish).
  • Build and maintain long-term client relationships.
  • Understand client goals and translate them into actionable strategies.
  • Present reports and campaign results in both languages.
  • Identify upselling opportunities and added-value services.
  • Manage expectations regarding deliverables and timelines.

Project Management

  • Plan and manage projects using and Google Workspace.
  • Assign and track team tasks, ensuring deadlines are met.
  • Lead internal meetings and ensure team accountability.
  • Coordinate work across content, SEO, and technical departments.
  • Anticipate and resolve project risks, blockers, or delays.
  • Ensure deliverables meet quality standards before client delivery.

Qualifications

  • 2+ years of experience in digital marketing, client services, or project management.
  • Fully bilingual in English and Spanish (written and spoken).
  • Experience handling multiple client accounts and marketing campaigns.
  • Confident communicator, comfortable leading bilingual meetings.
  • Skilled in , Slack, and Google Workspace (Notion, Ahrefs, or similar tools are a plus).
  • Knowledge of SEO, content marketing, or digital advertising preferred.

Work Schedule

  • Full-time remote position.
  • Weekly team meetings via Google Meet.
  • Flexible hours with overlap required between U.S. and Latin America time zones.
