Email Design Specialist

Role: We're excited to offer an opportunity for an Email Design Specialist to join our dynamic team. In this role, you'll be instrumental in delivering email designs with expertise in e-commerce and direct to consumer brands specifically: newsletter, abandon cart, post purchase, win-back campaigns, and more, delivered in Figma.

Responsibilities:

Email Design

    • Design and create visually engaging and responsive email templates and campaigns.
    • Ensure pages are optimized for various platforms and devices.
    • Collaborate with the project supervisors and clients to understand project requirements and objectives.

Creative Development:

    • Develop creative concepts, mockups, and wireframes for email campaigns and newsletters.
    • Transform concepts into high-quality, responsive web page designs.
    • Create with the intention to drive conversations and engagement.

Brand Consistency:

    • Maintain brand consistency across all web page designs.
    • Adhere to brand guidelines and ensure all designs align with the brand's visual identity.

Optimization and Testing:

    • Optimize email designs for various email clients and devices.
    • Conduct A/B testing to improve email design effectiveness and performance.

Feedback and Revisions:

    • Receive and incorporate feedback from stakeholders to refine and improve email content.
    • Manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.

Results:

  • Production Efficiency:
    • Complete 2-4 email design requests per day.
    • Turnaround email designs within 1-3 days.
    • Address revision requests within 24 hours.
    • Complete projects with 2 revisions or less to ensure timely delivery and client satisfaction.
  • Quality and Consistency:
    • Produce high-quality email content that enhances the brand's visibility and engagement across various platforms.
    • Maintain brand consistency and integrity across all email materials.
    • Achieve consistent client satisfaction through effective communication and high-quality email edits.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as an Email Designer with a strong portfolio showcasing expertise in email design and marketing campaigns.
  • Proficiency in email design software and tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, Sketch, or Figma.
  • Strong understanding of email design best practices, responsive design, and user experience principles.
  • Ability to translate creative concepts into visually appealing and effective email designs.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Knowledge of current email design trends, techniques, and best practices.
