network, we are seeking an
Accounting Lead
to support key financial operations, ensure accuracy and compliance, and drive efficiency across processes.
This role is ideal for a finance professional with 5 years of experience who has led processes or supported junior talent and is ready to grow into a Manager role in a global environment.
As the
Accounting Lead
, you will work closely with internal teams and Shared Services, play an active role in the monthly close process, support audits, and contribute to key business decisions while strengthening financial controls and operational excellence.
What you'll do
- Review and approve invoices, expenses, purchase orders, reconciliations, P&L statements, and journal entries
- Manage the month-end close process, ensuring accuracy and timeliness
- Coordinate and support internal and external audits
- Prepare and submit financial reports, tax filings, and annual license/registration renewals
- Reconcile client media commissions and ensure compliance with tax processes
- Collaborate with billing and cross-functional teams to ensure efficiency and financial control
- Lead process improvement initiatives and strengthen internal financial controls
What we're looking for
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (CPA or equivalent certification is a plus)
- 5 years of experience in finance/accounting, including at least 2 years in a leadership role or leading projects
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial reporting, and tax compliance
- Advanced proficiency in Excel/Offic
e and ERP systems (D365, NetSuite, Oracle, or similar) - Excellent organizational, analytical, and communication skills
- Ability to manage high-volume transactions and meet tight deadlines under pressure
- Advanced English level (C1)
