About the Role
Realty of America is continuing to strengthen and expand its international operations, and we're seeking a
Regional Manager of Corporate Operations
to support the company's growth and performance across Colombia.
Based in our Medellín corporate office, this position plays a key role in ensuring operational efficiency, financial oversight, and cultural alignment within one of our most dynamic international divisions. The ideal candidate brings a balance of leadership, structure, and innovation—helping elevate our internal systems and team performance as we scale nationally and abroad.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee and optimize the day-to-day operations of the Medellín corporate office.
- Lead a team of 20–25 professionals across multiple departments, ensuring clear accountability and performance alignment.
- Manage office finances, including payroll, budgeting, and expense reporting.
- Strengthen internal processes and reporting systems to enhance efficiency and scalability.
- Collaborate with the U.S. executive team to implement strategic initiatives and company-wide operational standards.
- Support recruiting, training, and employee development to ensure alignment with company goals and culture.
- Provide leadership and structure to office operations, ensuring deadlines, compliance, and deliverables are met.
- Identify and execute opportunities for operational improvements and cost optimization.
- Act as a bridge between the Colombia office and U.S. headquarters for all major projects, communications, and reporting.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field (Master's preferred).
- 5+ years of experience in operations, business management, or corporate leadership.
- Proven ability to lead and motivate teams in a fast-paced corporate environment.
- Experience managing budgets, payroll, and financial reporting.
- Excellent organizational and communication skills.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and project management abilities.
- Bilingual – Fluent in Spanish and proficient in English.
