Software Technical Lead
en Mercado Libre, diseñarás y escalarás sistemas innovadores y seguros que resuelven problemas reales y de alto impacto. Trabajarás en un entorno dinámico con tecnología de vanguardia, aplicando buenas prácticas de ingeniería, modelos de IA propios y aprendizaje continuo, con el propósito de democratizar el comercio electrónico y los servicios financieros en América Latina.
Imagináte emprendiendo proyectos desafiantes, dinámicos e innovadores y
siendo responsable de
:
- Diseñar arquitecturas de GenAI seguras, escalables y de alto rendimiento.
- Liderar técnicamente a equipos de desarrollo y establecer buenas prácticas.
- Crear y optimizar prompts, pipelines de agentes y frameworks de evaluación.
- Asegurar monitoreo, trazabilidad y mejora continua del uso de GenAI en producción.
- Documentar arquitecturas y metodologías, y evaluar nuevas tecnologías para acelerar la innovación.
- Evaluar nuevas tecnologías, liderar PoCs/MVPs y recomendar estrategias de adopción e impulsar la innovación.
¿Qué buscamos en vos?
- Contar con experiencia en ingeniería de software, arquitectura y liderazgo técnico.
- Poseer dominio avanzado de Python y ecosistema de ML, pandas, NumPy, PyTorch/TensorFlow y tener experiencia en diseño, entrenamiento, fine-tuning y deployment de LLMs.
- Contar con conocimientos profundos de Transformer, embeddings, context engineering y evaluación de modelos y expertise en pipelines RAG, vector stores y motores de búsqueda.
- Poseer experiencia con n8n/orquestación, APIs REST, FastAPI/Flask, microservicios, CI/CD, DevOps y Docker/cloud.
