Nuaav Inc is growing We're expanding our Data Engineering team and looking for talented
Mid-Level Data Engineers
to join our boutique consulting practice supporting enterprise clients and U.S.–based projects.

About the Role

As a Mid-Level Data Engineer, you will design, build, and maintain
scalable data pipelines
and architectures that support analytics, reporting, and mission-critical applications.

You will:

  • Build and maintain end-to-end ETL/ELT processes.
  • Develop analytical data models for reporting and dashboards.
  • Implement data quality checks, monitoring, and performance optimization.
  • Collaborate with Product, Data Science, Analytics, and Infrastructure teams.
  • Write clean, well-tested, and well-documented code.
  • Participate in code reviews and support DataOps best practices.


We're Looking For

Experience:
3–5 years in Data Engineering.

Core Skills:

  • Strong experience with
    SQL
    and
    Python
    in production environments.
  • Hands-on experience with
    Snowflake
    or
    Greenplum
    .
  • Familiarity with
    cloud services
    (AWS preferred).
  • Understanding of data quality checks, monitoring, and performance optimization.
  • Ability to work independently on well-defined tasks.
  • Strong collaboration and communication skills.

Nice to Have:

  • Experience with
    Azure data services
    (ADF, ADLS, Synapse).
  • CI/CD for data pipelines and orchestration tools (Airflow, ADF, or similar).
  • Exposure to real-time/streaming data and SaaS or retail domains.
