Security Controls Specialist – Microsoft Intune

We are looking for a professional specialized in Intune, Azure, and Microsoft Defender, responsible for securing, managing, and optimizing corporate devices and services, ensuring a stable, secure operation aligned with Microsoft's best practices. Your mission will be to manage endpoint security, automate processes, implement advanced policies, and contribute to strengthening the organization's technological ecosystem, enhancing both protection and productivity. This role is ideal for professionals with a strong technical background, analytical mindset, and a passion for continuous improvement.

What You'll Do:

• Administer and secure multiplatform devices through Intune, including both corporate and BYOD equipment.
• Design and implement compliance policies and conditional access integrated with Azure AD / Entra ID.
• Manage the lifecycle of applications, device configuration, and endpoint security, including Autopilot and Microsoft Defender.
• Proactively detect incidents, analyze vulnerabilities, and contribute to operational continuity.
• Automate tasks and operational workflows using Microsoft 365 tools and scripting.
• Maintain clear and updated technical documentation, following best practices and compliance standards.

What we need to see from you

• Technician, technologist, or professional in Systems, Electronics, Software, or related fields, with solid experience administering Microsoft security controls and managing devices with Intune.
• Advanced administration of Microsoft Intune, including configuration, device management, policies, and lifecycle management with Autopilot.
• Design and implementation of compliance policies and conditional access integrated with Azure AD / Entra ID, along with endpoint security management using Microsoft Defender.
• Knowledge of Azure security services (Identity Protection, Cloud Apps, etc.) and experience with Microsoft Sentinel (desirable), as well as the ability to automate tasks and document technical processes.
• MS-900 (Microsoft 365 Fundamentals) or SC-900 (Microsoft Security, Compliance & Identity Fundamentals) certification as a baseline requirement.
