Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Bogotá, D.C. for a Front Desk Attendant. The Front Desk Attendant will be responsible for providing excellent customer service by welcoming guests, handling check-ins and check-outs, managing reservations, and responding to guest inquiries. Responsibilities also include answering phone calls, maintaining a professional and friendly demeanor, and performing clerical tasks to ensure seamless front desk operations. The role demands a proactive approach to problem-solving and a focus on creating a positive guest experience.

Qualifications

  • Proficient in Phone Etiquette and handling Receptionist Duties
  • Strong Customer Service and Communication skills
  • Experience with Clerical Skills, such as data entry, scheduling, and record-keeping
  • Ability to multitask, stay organized, and pay attention to detail
  • Familiarity with hotel management software is a plus
  • Fluency in Spanish and English is preferred
