Job description: The Case Coordinator will be supporting the firm's pre-litigation and case management team. This is a client-facing position that provides administrative and organizational support to ensure that cases move smoothly after retention and into the pre-litigation process. The Case Coordinator will be working closely with the pre-litigation team and will be responsible for maintaining case files, communicating with clients, and helping prepare matters for transition into litigation. This role is designed to provide a foundation for future growth into a Case Manager position.

Responsabilities:

  • Case Support & Administration Assist with maintaining case files, ensuring accuracy and organization of documents. Track case progress, deadlines, and required follow-ups to support efficient workflow.
  • Prepare case summaries, reports, and updates for review by Case Managers and attorneys.
  • Client Communication Serve as a second point of contact for clients, particularly when Case Managers are unavailable.
  • Conduct regular client check-ins to gather updates, confirm information, and maintain strong relationships.
  • Document all client interactions in Clio.
  • Team Collaboration Work directly with the pre-litigation team to support case organization and administrative needs.
  • Coordinate with Case Managers to ensure tasks are completed timely and cases remain on track.
  • Support pre-litigation team by gathering record in a timely manner, organizing case materials, and other tasks as needed.
  • Case Development Assist in collecting and organizing medical records, bills, and other case-related evidence. Follow up with third parties (providers, insurers, etc.) to request necessary documentation.
  • Identify gaps in case files and escalate to Case Managers for resolution
