About Allied
Allied Corp. is a global supplier of pharmaceutical-grade medical cannabis, headquartered in the United States with cultivation operations in Colombia. The company combines Canadian cultivation and quality expertise with a cost-efficient Colombian production model to serve highly regulated medical markets.
Allied has established and certified its cultivation site under CUMCS-GACP and has demonstrated the ability to produce cannabis at scale in compliance with European Pharmacopeia and TG93 standards. The company has completed multiple exports and secured long-term commercial contracts across Europe and Australia.
Allied is now focused on scaling production, improving consistency, and executing contracted demand reliably, with a clear path to profitability.

- Coordinate harvest schedules, post-processing and delivery readiness
- Adjust staffing levels, shift structures, and productivity in line with output targets
- Work with the production team to improve batch consistency, yield and reliability
- Ensure teams own outputs, timelines, and quality results
- Identify bottlenecks and drive corrective actions
3. Projects & Capacity Expansion
- Lead greenhouse construction and infrastructure upgrade projects
- Coordinate contractors, timelines, and site readiness
- Track progress against defined milestones and budgets
- Ensure projects are delivered audit-ready
4. Performance-led organisation, Reporting & Digitalisation
- Design and maintain clear, actionable operational reports (weekly/monthly)
- Track core KPIs across production, labour, yield, losses, and timelines, and delivery performance
- Drive digitalisation and automation of core operational processes to improve efficiency, control, and end-to-end traceability and ensure reliable end-to-end data capture from cultivation through shipment
- Report weekly and monthly to the COO on performance, risks, and corrective actions
