Business Analyst (BA),
Profesional en Tecnologías de la información, Ingenierías de Sistemas, Informática, Software, Industrial o afines con experiencia en productos tecnológicos y sector financiero o soluciones Fintech SaaS, que actúe como puente entre las áreas de negocio, producto y desarrollo. Tu misión será entender, documentar y traducir las necesidades del cliente
en Historias de Usuario claras, viables y alineadas con la visión de producto y metodologías ágiles.
Responsabilidades
- Levantar, analizar y documentar requerimientos funcionales y no funcionales.
- Elaborar historias de usuario con criterios de aceptación.
- Modelar procesos (AS-IS / TO-BE) y definir reglas de negocio claras.
- Participar en ceremonias Scrum (planning, review, refinamiento) apoyando la comunicación entre equipos.
- Colaborar con QA para validar criterios funcionales y pruebas de aceptación.
- Elaborar documentación funcional, diagramas y trazabilidad de cambios.
Requisitos
- Experiencia práctica de Scrum / Agile, Modelado de Procesos de Negocio (BPMN) y sector financiero
- Habilidad para traducir conceptos técnicos a lenguaje de negocio (y viceversa).
- Capacidad analítica, comunicación efectiva y pensamiento estructurado.
- Experiencia con APIs, integración de sistemas y productos financieros digitales.
- Implementación de plataformas tecnológicas y servicios de tecnología.
- Certificación en Scrum
- Azure DevOps
