We are looking for a Content Producer to own the day-to-day execution of Archies social content and community presence - This position is open only to candidates based in Latin America. About Archie Archie is an AI idea-to-application platform, enabling you to turn ideas into production-grade software applications that are fully realized from concept to deployment. Archie not only generates structured product requirements, technical architecture, and UX flows, but also builds the complete application stack, designing the UI, implementing the frontend, and generating the backend, all under one unified system. This end-to-end capability eliminates the traditional handoff friction between design and development, reducing pre-development chaos and increasing the likelihood of strong build outcomes. The platform is built for founders, emerging builders, product managers and even developers who want clarity, structure, and momentum from product vision through execution. About the Role This role sits at the intersection of content production, distribution, and community continuity. You will take inputs such as founder notes, conversations, clips, and ideas and translate them into consistent, high-quality social output, while also keeping a close pulse on how that content performs and evolves over time. As content drives attention, you will help maintain and grow Archies community space, ensuring it stays organized, responsive, and active. This is an execution-first role. You will not own growth strategy, positioning, or narrative direction, but you will actively inform these through performance insights, pattern recognition, and content signal extraction. You will ensure that content and community motion happens consistently, cleanly, and on schedule using modern, AI-assisted workflows. Responsabilities Create/generate, edit, and publish short-form social content Use AI tools to accelerate editing, captioning, repurposing, and formatting Maintain a steady posting cadence across defined social channels Maintain a clean, repeatable content workflow and asset library Monitor relevant conversations, competitors, and signals using scraping or listening tools Surface trends, moments, or conversations worth reacting to Review performance analytics and attribution across social posts and comments Track engagement, reach, and response signals tied to published content Compile lightweight performance summaries to surface what is working, what is not, and where to iterate You are expected to actively surface patterns, signals, and content insights that inform future growth and narrative direction Support Archies community space (Discord) by: o Keeping channels organized o Nudging conversation and engagement o Sharing relevant content into the community Experience and Skills We are especially interested in candidates who have: Hands-on experience producing short-form content at high volume Comfort working from raw, imperfect inputs or generating inputs from scratch Experience using AI tools in day-to-day content workflows Worked with founders, startups, or product-focused teams Supported or moderated online communities (Discord or similar) Operated in async, remote environments A strong focus on execution while maintaining perfection Content, Community, and Tooling Experience You should be comfortable working with tools and workflows such as: Short-form video editing tools (CapCut, Premiere Pro, or similar) AI tools for editing, captioning, ideation, or repurposing (Higgsfield.ai or similar) Social management and analytics platforms to schedule posting and monitor performance across channels (Hootsuite, Sprout Social, or similar) Basic scraping, monitoring, or signal tracking tools (Apify or similar) Social channels (LinkedIn, X, TikTok, Youtube Shorts, Instagram Reels, Discord) English B2 or higher This position is open only to candidates based in Latin America Compensation & Benefits Contractor modality Compensation paid in US dollars Participation in innovative, high-impact initiatives People-centric culture with autonomy and continuous learning 10 days PTO Observe all holidays in your countryCompensation & Benefits Contractor modalityCompensation paid in US dollarsParticipation in innovative, high-impact initiativesPeople-centric culture with autonomy and continuous learning10 days PTOObserve all holidays in your country
