This role focuses on maintaining consistency in therapy delivery while supporting families through timely, respectful communication. Candidates must have previous experience in ABA or therapy-based scheduling environments. You will play a key role in keeping therapy sessions on track while ensuring families feel informed and supported. Spanish-speaking ability is highly valued, alongside strong English communication skills. Key Responsibilities Schedule Planning & Coordination Build and maintain weekly or monthly ABA therapy schedulesConfirm availability with families and technicians in advanceIdentify conflicts early and resolve scheduling gaps Rescheduling & Follow-Ups Respond to cancellations and schedule changes promptlyCoordinate replacement sessions and technician coverageEnsure schedule adjustments follow provider guidelines Communication & Support Maintain clear, professional communication with familiesDeliver scheduling updates in a calm and friendly mannerSupport Spanish-speaking families when applicable Accuracy & Workflow Support Update scheduling systems with complete accuracyTrack schedule changes and outstanding itemsFollow workflows and suggest improvements when issues repeat Qualifications Required: ABA, autism services, or therapy scheduling experienceStrong organizational and follow-through skillsConfident phone communication in EnglishExperience with scheduling platforms (Aloha or similar)Spanish fluency preferredReliable and detail-orientedApply here: https://operationsarmy.com/application
