Profile requirements Academic background

Undergraduate degree in Systems Engineering, Electronic Engineering, Telecommunications Engineering, Cybersecurity, Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Security Engineering or related fields. Postgraduate degree in Information Security (optional).

Experience

Minimum 5 years of experience in computer security. Specific experience of at least 6 months in: Implementation and administration of firewalls and IDS . Security audits. Security incident management and response.

Certifications (at least one of the following): CISSP (Certified Information Systems Security Professional). CompTIA Security+ . Main Responsibilities Design, implement, and manage information security policies and strategies. Configure and maintain firewalls, IDS, and other security tools Perform security audits and assessments of systems and networks.

Manage and respond to security incidents, ensuring business continuity Collaborate with technical and management teams to strengthen the safety culture. Stay up-to-date on cybersecurity trends, vulnerabilities, and regulations.
