**About the role**:
We're in search of an IT Cloud Services Administrator who can seamlessly mesh tech know-how with business acumen to help us navigate all our cloud computing needs, including infrastructure administration, maintenance, support, integrations, and everything in between.

**What will you do**:

- Manage internal IT systems from network, end user devices, printers, cloud services and software in a cloud-first environment and distributed workforce.
- Resolves support issues and requests (network, Wi-Fi, internet connectivity, Microsoft 365, SharePoint Online, end user devices)
- Configures devices and manages user accounts across multiple services (Microsoft 365/Azure).

- Work with IT management to ensure proper service records, inventory management, deploy/sunset of corporate and end user technology solutions.
- Conduct end user training on IT solutions where necessary/appropriate
- Microsoft cloud administration: Assists in managing top-level support and maintenance of Microsoft 365 environment (best practices in all Admin Center, PowerShell scripting as needed, reporting, integration with security team). Develop best practices in managing Azure Active Directory, Intune, Autopilot, and maintaining a proper security profile and app integration as required.
- Leadership: Act as senior technician in issue resolution within the IT Services Help Desk team Documentation/Communication: Document automation and best practice initiatives.
- Managed services: Work with 3rd party managed services providers / vendors to provide full and optimal support for all systems.
- Teamwork: Work closely to share knowledge and technical expertise with other IT staff and management as needed.

**What we're looking for**:

- Previous experience as a systems administrator in a Microsoft 365 cloud-based environment.
- Understanding Cloud Infrastructure (IaaS, PaaS, SaaS) and technologies such as Microsoft Azure, Google Cloud, Amazon Web Services (AWS).
- A strong technical background in topics relevant to this role such as Azure AD identity management, two factor authentication, Microsoft 365 administration, client configuration and deployment.
- Experience working in a SaaS-centric environment supporting internationally distributed and diverse teams.
- Knowledge of client automation tools (Intune, Jamf, ConnectWise Automate/Manage), endpoint security platforms (Webroot, Crowdstrke, Microsoft Security offerings) and collaboration platforms (SharePoint, Slack, Teams).
- Strong communication skills, with experience in both leading technical teams as well as working with key internal stakeholders.
- Ability to manage several inter-related and potentially competing priorities in parallel.
- Ability to collaborate with project managers & the department heads of the various business units to identify project milestones, tasks, and required resources to develop a detailed project plan.
- Ability to interpret business requirements and deliver value-added solutions in an agile manner.
- Proven ability to design and implement new processes and facilitate user adoption.
