At ProDrones, we pride ourselves on delivering exceptional surveying and mapping solutions to a wide range of industries. Our team is dedicated to precision, innovation, and excellence, and we are currently seeking a talented Senior Survey CAD Technician to join our dynamic team.

As a Senior Survey CAD Technician, you will play a crucial role in our surveying operations. Your main responsibilities will include creating detailed linework and constructing accurate topographic models. You will collaborate with our team of surveyors and engineers to ensure the highest quality of work.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Clean point clouds using semi-automated systems such as Cloud Compare.
- Generate precise linework for various surveying projects.
- Develop topographic models based on field data.
- Utilize Carlson or AutoCAD software to execute projects efficiently.
- Collaborate with team members to meet project deadlines and quality standards.
- Provide technical support and guidance on CAD-related issues.

**Qualifications**:

- Speak B2 English or better. This is a must as linework labeling and communication are vital.
- Proven experience as a Survey CAD Technician preferably with previous experience generating deliverables for Florida based companies.
- Proficiency in Carlson or AutoCAD software (access to one of these programs is required).
- Experience in creating linework and topographic models.
- Strong understanding of surveying principles and practices.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

**Desired Skills**:

- Experience with machine control software is highly desired.
- Ability to interpret and implement complex design plans.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.

**Other Details**:

- This position is fully remote
- This position is full time cleaning point clouds, generating the linework, and labeling the data. As we expand, the work will become more consistent and in 2-3 years this position will likely manage a team of 2-3 techs.

**Pay**:
$5,500,000 COP/Month with prior work experience in Florida
