RESPONSIBILITIES
- Enhance the current CRUD operations of the evaluation data model and framework
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Product Managers, UX Designers, and fellow Developers, to deliver coherent, straightforward solutions aligned with existing CSS and JavaScript conventions in the platform
- Expand features that augment existing CRUD operations of the evaluation data model and framework
- Consistently deliver straightforward solutions aligned with existing CSS and JavaScript conventions in the platform
- Improve the web UI with fresh user interfaces to streamline data collection for a diverse user base

**REQUIREMENTS**:

- At least 2 years of experience in guiding software development teams, showcasing adept leadership abilities
- Solid familiarity with Ruby Frameworks, particularly Rails
- Competence in React-Bootstrap and Bootstrap JS for crafting responsive web designs
- Experience in developing features integrating nested attributes of Rails models
- Thorough understanding of Rails controllers and ActiveJob frameworks for delegating out-of-band tasks
- Capability to craft consistent, meticulously considered unit and system tests for all new features
- Effective verbal and written communication skills, enabling seamless collaboration with both internal and external stakeholders and virtual teams
- Proficiency in the English language, with a minimum of Upper-Intermediate level proficiency
