About the Team

This position reports into Datavail’s CloudERP practice, which is part of the Enterprise Applications business unit. The CloudERP practice specializes on Oracle technology and supports our client’s full-life cycle needs for both on-prem and cloud products. The practice itself is 100+ FTEs strong located in the US, Colombia, and India and is the fastest growing practice in Datavail.

Role Description

Define opportunities to create tangible business value for the client by leading current state assessments and identifying high level customer requirements, defining the business solutions and structures needed to realize these opportunities, and developing business case to achieve the vision.

Job requirements
- Deliver the technical components related to implementation, upgrade, and maintenance of the Oracle Cloud systems.
- Develop and fix reports using BI publisher, data extracts.
- Perform data conversion using HDL.
- Nice to have OIC development skills & experience.
- Develop fast formulas.
- Prepare and submit technical documentation.
- Participate in requirement collection discussion with business.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand their needs and translate them into technical requirements.
- Provide training and support to business users.
- Work closely with the IT team to ensure data security, backup, and recovery plans are in place and effective.
- Collaborate with the Oracle Support on issues that require escalated support.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
- 6+ years of experience as a ERP technical consultant
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Cloud ERP certifications are a plus.
