**Position**:Data Analyst

**City**:Bucaramanga

**Schedule**: Monday to Friday 7:00 a.m. - 4:00 p.m.

**Remuneration**: $3'000.000 - 4'000.000

**Job description**: Description: We are in search of a meticulous and proactive individual to fill the combined role of Service Operations Financial Analyst / Data Processor & Manager IT Business Intelligence, Integration & Automation at New Era Global Convergence Inc (GCI). This dual role entails managing financial data processing tasks and overseeing IT business intelligence, integration, and automation initiatives.

**Responsabilities**: Primary Responsibilities:

- Provide support for Accounts Receivable (AR) and Accounts Payable (AP) processes, including invoice submittal/upload, reporting, data scrubbing, and offline/manual invoice preparation.
- Manage business intelligence reporting for both internal departments and external clients, including A/R & A/P reports, SLA reports, and utilization reports.
- Oversee platform(s) product management and governance, ensuring efficient IT integration management and governance.
- Additional Details: For 3rd party invoice uploads, follow a structured process that includes preparing invoices, sorting and saving copies, executing the upload process through the Portal, and maintaining accurate records of upload status and details on a preparation spreadsheet.
- Experience with SQL and accounts receivable and payable is highly beneficial.
