**THE ROLE**

**WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING**

SweatWorks is hiring a Mobile Developer fluent in written and spoken English and with full-time availability. As a mobile developer, you will be part of a remote creative team that is responsible for all aspects of the ongoing software development, from the initial specification through to developing, testing, and launching.

**This position is open to remote work in Latin America.**

**Responsibilities**
- Collaborate with Cross-Functional Teams: Work closely with product managers, UX/UI designers, and other developers to define, design, and deploy new features.
- Keep Up-to-Date with Industry Trends: Stay informed about new technology trends, programming languages, and development tools in the mobile app industry.
- Encourage and enforce best practices among team members to enable rapid development of new features while maintaining multiple functioning software products.
- Work closely with Build, Integration, Test, and Software engineers to develop tools for automation, and continuously improve the release process and automation environment.

YOUR SKILLS

**WHAT WE REQUIRE**
- 3+ years of experience in source control management using Git
- Great collaboration and teamwork skills
- Fluency in written and verbal English language
- Ability to excel in a fast-paced, agile environment supporting multiple projects using a wide variety of technologies.

Will be a plus:

- Experience implementing and managing Continuous Integration and Continuous Deployment (CI/CD pipelines)
- Experience with programming languages such as Java or Objective-C
- Expertise in Bluetooth Low Energy (BLE) and ANT+ technologies
- Experience in smartwatch development
