**A Day in the Life**:The Global Master Data Management (MDM) team, a strategic area under the Global IT organization, is responsible for governing core, critical enterprise data supporting business operations, enabling innovation, unlocking business insights, and bolstering growth, through global data governance processes and solutions in a culture of continuous improvement. In this role as a Business Analyst, you will analyze data and business processes, enhance master data solutions, and actively work with a network of data stewards and business partners to improve Medtronic master data in the healthcare professional (HCP) and healthcare organization domains.

This will be a hybrid model position based in Bogotá.

**Responsibilities may include the following and other duties may be assigned**:

- Engages with business leaders to understand how strategies and data-driven changes can improve efficiencies and add value.
- Work with data sets to define use cases to improve products, processes and/or services.
- Collaborates with Business Relationship Manager (BRM), business stakeholders, and IT Product Owners / Managers to develop business requirements for product or system changes.
- Drives business agenda during solution delivery process.
- Functional Skills: Ability to analyze data and trends to develop recommendations to solve business problems.
- Additional Skills: Problem Solving, Detail Oriented, Cross-Functional Collaboration, Customer Service, Process Improvement, Communication.
- Technology: Understanding of systems, software and technological concepts, Familiarity with data analysis tools and data modelling methodologies.

**Require**d**Knowledge and Experience**:

- Fluent in English
- Requires 2+ years of experience with a High School Diploma or equivalent or Advanced Degree with 0 years of experience.
- Ability to work in a Hybrid setting in Bogota

**Preferred Qualifications**
- Previous Medtronic experience
- Experience with healthcare professional information and processes
