**Descripción de la posición**:
1. El OCE Lead será el principal aliado del equipo de marketing para lideras la estrategias de
digitales al Customer Plan de la marca, apoyando en todas las fases de desarrollo de las
estrategia Omnicanal; planeación estratégica, ejecución, medición y optimización con base en resultados; transformar la data en accionables rápidos que impacten y mejoren el performance de las campaña para impactar el negocio. Entenderá perfectamente el momento y necesidad de las marcas para así crear y ejecutar las estrategias multicanal maximizando y eligiendo los canales óptimos de acuerdo al target.
**Requisitos mínimos**:
1. Haber alcanzado las expectativas en myPM
2. Conocimientos intermedio de Excel
3. Inglés avanzado (habla, lectura y escritura demostrable)
4. Interés y curiosidad en canales digitales dentro y fuera de farma
**Habilidades necesarias**:
1. Liderazgo e influencia con equipos internos y proveedores
2. Capacidad de análisis de datos para transformar en insight velozmente
3. Adaptable a trabajar con diferentes perfiles y equipos cross-functionals
4. Habilidad para delegar sin perder seguimiento de los entregables
5. Comunicación efectiva (presentaciones en foros internacionales) y habilidad de negociación
**Principales responsabilidades**:
1. El OCE Lead debe tener un profundo entendimiento de sus AT’s así como del cliente para colaborar con insights e ideas que sumen a la estrategia principal de la marca.
2. Liderará en conjunto con marketing, campañas en diferentes canales digitales (ep2p, vod, social media, mass mailing, vae, Google search, content marketing) para incrementar el engage con nuestros clientes.
3. Seguimiento puntual a las campañas desde su creación, optimización, medición de resultados y análisis final.
4. Influenciará en los líderes de marketing, medical y acceso, el uso innovador de herramientas digitales para acelerar la adopción de nuestras terapias con los stakeholders.
