El cargo de Sr. Engineer requiere un alto nível de conocimiento y experiência en Bases de Datos Oracle y postgresql. Se debe encargar de la disponibilidad, integridad y seguridad de l as bases de datos y de gestionar la configuración, el rendimiento y la seguridad, asegurando un flujo de datos optimo.

Participar a la hora de decidir cómo diseñar y proyectar las bases de datos y t ener el buen desempeño de la plataforma bajo su cargo para brindar soporte y garantizar la disponibilidad de los servicios tecnológicos, garantizando los níveles de servicio.

**Cómo contribuirás**:

- Instalar, configurar y gestionar bases de datos.
- Garantizar la alta disponibilidad de la base de datos
- Garantizar la seguridad de las bases de datos, incluyendo backups y recuperación de desastres.
- Implementar planes de mantenimiento de la base de datos
- Desarrollar auditorias de usuarios (roles, perfiles y privilegios)
- Planificar, Analizar diseñar la instalación y configuración de las Bases de Datos,
- Planear y estimar la capacidad en las Bases de Datos.
- Desarrollar tareas de Replicación.
- Asesorar a directivos sobre problemas relacionados con bases de datos.
- Habilidad para resolver problemas.
- Generar planes para mantener la disponibilidad de las Bases de Datos y el cumplimiento de los acuerdos SLA’s.
- Mantener las Bases de datos actualizadas y seguras.
- Generar planes de mejora para las Bases de Datos.
- Planificación de capacidad (gestionar el creciente volumen de las bases de datos)
- Monitorear las Bases de Datos para garantizar la correcta operación y prestación de los servicios tecnológicos.
- Asegurar que todas las implementaciones en las Bases de Datos cumplan los requerimientos internos de seguridad y arquitectura.
- Participar en proyectos basado en su experiência.
- Capaz de mantenerse al día de los avances tecnológicos.
