**What You’ll Do**:
- Own and manage product backlogs, ensuring clarity, structure, and alignment with team goals.
- Translate business needs into user stories and product requirements.
- Facilitate prioritization and sprint planning with cross-functional teams.
- Participate in product discovery, contributing insights and identifying value opportunities.
- Collaborate with engineers, designers, and stakeholders to deliver impactful solutions.
- Track progress, raise risks early, and help remove blockers for smooth execution.
- Stay involved throughout the product lifecycle, from idea to delivery and beyond.
**What We’re Looking For**:
- 3+ years of experience as a Product Owner or in similar product-facing roles.
- Experience working with digital products (web or mobile) is a strong plus.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive, ownership-driven mindset.
- Excellent communication and organization skills.
- B2-C1 English level (required).
- Familiarity with agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban).
