What can you expect in a "Nurse" role with TaskUs: In this role you would be responsible for: - Internal monitoring of employee health restrictions to ensure compliance and lifting of restrictions once the occupational physician determines it. - Provide primary care in accidents, incidents or any minor illness in order to guarantee the physical integrity of people. - Report month-to-month indicators to measure the effectiveness of programs and activities over time. - Implement action plans aimed at preventing accidents, diseases and mitigating risks in order to guarantee a safe and healthy work environment. - Prevent situations that put workers at risk and promote a culture of health in the organization in order to prevent alterations in the health of staff. - Design and implement workplace processes and procedures that help protect workers from hazardous working conditions. Required Qualifications: - Active listening skills to understand community needs and concerns. - Knowledge of regulations for the management of clinical history, incident management, promotion and prevention. - Certification of the SG-SST course (50 hours) approved by SENA. - Work Medicine - General System of Safety and Health at Work, ISO 18000 - 45000 Education / Certifications: - A bachelor's degree in Occupational Health and Safety areas or a related discipline. - Certifications or training in first aid or nursing. Work Location / Work Schedule / Travel: - Office Based - Occasional travel may be required for meetings, conferences, or client engagements, as per business needs.
