**Key Responsibilities:Sales & Business Development**:

- Identify and approach potential customers, distributors, and industrial clients.
- Promote Dana Lubricants’ products to existing and prospective clients.
- Understand customer needs and provide appropriate product recommendations.
- Negotiate and close sales deals to achieve assigned targets.
- Maintain relationships with key customers for repeat business and referrals.

**Market Research & Strategy**:

- Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences.
- Suggest improvements to sales strategies and product positioning.
- Stay updated with industry trends, lubricant technologies, and market dynamics.

**Technical & Product Knowledge**:

- Educate clients on the advantages of Dana Lubricants' products over competitors.
- Collaborate with the technical team for product demonstrations and client support.

**Reporting & Coordination**:

- Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions on Google Sheet.
- Prepare and submit regular sales reports to management.
- Coordinate with internal teams (production, logistics, and finance) to ensure smooth order fulfilment.

**Qualifications & Skills:Education & Experience**:

- Bachelor's degree in **Science, Commerce, Engineering**, or a related field.
- Minimum **1 year of experience** in sales, preferably in **lubricants, automotive, industrial, or manufacturing** sectors.

**Skills Required**:

- Knowledge of both English and Spanish
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to understand technical specifications and explain them to clients.
- Market research and analytical skills.
- Proficiency in **Google Sheet**.
- Ability to work independently and meet sales targets.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Experience in **B2B or B2C** sales.
- Knowledge of **lubricants, automotive fluids, or industrial chemicals**.
- Fluency in **English and Spanish** (mandatory).
