**Position Overview**

We are seeking an experienced **Project Manager** to lead and coordinate **Boyum add-on implementations** with SAP Business One (SAP B1) or other ERP/software implementation projects. In this role, you will manage our internal project timelines, resources, and client communication to ensure successful outcomes. This position requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to build strong client relationships.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Lead end-to-end project management for Boyum add-on and ERP/software implementations.
- Develop and maintain internal project plans, timelines, and resource allocation.
- Monitor and control project budgets to ensure financial goals are met.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams to achieve project goals and milestones.
- Serve as the main point of contact for client communication and progress updates.
- Oversee quality assurance, risk management, and issue resolution processes.
- Review and approve timesheets and manage project-related documentation.

**Requirements**:

- **Experience**: 1-2 years of Project Management experience in SAP B1, or ERP/software implementations.
- If No SAP B1/ERP experience, then at least in IT field as PM.
- Experience handling remote teams
- **Language**: Advanced English proficiency (C1 level).
- **Location**: Must be located in Central or Latin America.
- **Skills**:

- Strong strategic and critical thinking abilities.
- High attention to detail and orientation towards quality documentation.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
- Effective problem-solving and issue resolution capabilities.
- Ability to manage and collaborate with remote teams effectively.
- Risk Management and Risk identification.
- **Certifications**: Project Management certifications (PMP, PRINCE2, etc.) are a plus but not required.
