**Then this is the perfect opportunity for you In Custom Doors, we're looking for a highly motivated and results-oriented Remote Digital Marketing Specialist in Bogotá, Colombia to join our growing sales team.**

You will be responsible for developing, executing, and analyzing digital marketing campaigns across various channels to drive brand awareness, generate leads, and achieve our marketing goals.

**Responsibilities**
- Develop and implement comprehensive digital marketing strategies aligned with company objectives, including:

- SEO (Search Engine Optimization): Possess advanced knowledge of SEO and the ability to create and effectively manage organic search rankings through on-page optimization, keyword research, and content strategy.
- Manage and optimize social media channels, including content creation, scheduling, and community engagement.
- Run and optimize paid advertising campaigns (PPC) across platforms like Google Ads and social media platforms.
- Track and analyze website traffic and campaign performance using analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics).
- Identify and implement strategies to improve website conversion rates.
- Stay up-to-date on the latest digital marketing trends and technologies.
- Collaborate with other departments, such as sales and product development, to ensure marketing efforts are aligned with overall business goals.
- Prepare and present regular reports on campaign performance and key metrics.

**Qualifications**
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field (preferred).
- Minimum (2) years of experience in digital marketing.
- Proven ability to create high-quality, engaging content for different audiences.
- Excellent data analysis and reporting skills.
- Experience with project management tools and marketing automation platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Mailchimp).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Passion for digital marketing and staying current with industry trends.

**Bonus Skills**
- Experience with paid social media advertising platforms (e.g., Facebook Ads, Instagram Ads).
- Video editing and graphic design skills.
- Knowledge of HTML and CSS.
- Experience with Google Analytics and other web analytics tools.
