Job Summary:
The Intune Engineer will have ownership over technical and operational aspects of MS Intune environment. Also, will be responsible for the creation of standard operating procedures, processes, documentation, maintaining services, writing scripts to automate processes, plus investigation and resolution to tactical technical issues.

The Intune Engineer will work with the various support personnel to contribute to the development and execution of the mobile device management and security strategies. The Intune Engineer will drive automation and best practices of these systems to improve consistency and customer experience.

**Responsibilities**:

- Provide second level support for the Intune Platform.
- Service Requests and Incidents.
- Manage and maintain Windows 10/11, Android, IOS and Mac devices using Intune.
- Troubleshoot Intune device compliance, configuration policies, app protection and app configuration policies.
- Troubleshoot Automated devices enrollment/device enrollment program.
- Manage and maintain cloud app security policies and alerts.
- Troubleshoot Hybrid Entra ID and Intune enrollment devices.
- Create standard operating procedures, documentation, and consultation to team members to improve customer service.
- Troubleshoot and maintain MDM policies.
- Troubleshoot and maintain MAM policies.
- Write scripts for automation and reporting.
- Day-to-day operational support to ensure high availability and optimal performance.
- Perform other duties as assigned.

Skills and Experience:

- 3+ years working experience in related field.
- Computer Science, Engineering, IT bachelor's degree or equivalent working experience.
- Proven experience with Microsoft Intune.
- Proven experience with end-user endpoint support.
- English B1+
- Strong knowledge of MS 365 suite.
- PowerShell for MS 365
- Able to write scripts using languages such as VB script, BAT, etc.
- Experience creating documentation such as standard operational procedures.
- Excellent communications skills.
- Participate in 24x7 on call support rotation.
- MS 365 Certified: Endpoint Administrator Associate
- Nice to have:

- MS 365 Certified: Enterprise Administrator
