**About the Role**

Staffbridge is seeking a **skilled LTL Coordinator** to take charge of **LTL freight planning and carrier management**. In this role, you’ll design efficient shipping strategies, build strong carrier relationships, and solve challenges in real time. **What You’ll Do**
- Plan and optimize LTL shipments for cost and service efficiency.
- Build relationships and negotiate with carriers and vendors.
- Track and monitor shipments, solving issues proactively.
- Maintain accurate documentation, data entry, and reporting.
- Spot opportunities for process improvements and cost savings.

**What We’re Looking For**
- **2+ years of hands-on LTL freight planning and carrier coordination experience.**:

- Strong knowledge of freight networks, routing, and TMS platforms.
- Excellent negotiation, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Detail-oriented, organized, and comfortable in a fast-paced environment.
- Based in Antioquia, Colombia.
