As a **Account Executive,** you will Works with Sales Manager and Sales team to develop strategies to reach the quota.

**Some of your responsibilities are but are not limited to**:

- Outbound phone calls to new potential customers in order to achieve the objectives of the sales plan.
- Searches customer records using company CRM system and provides necessary information and or reports to sales manager and team members.
- Generates leads and develops the interest for a Discovery Call.
- Leads the Discovery Call and negotiation Process until closing new customers.
- Works with Sales Manager and Sales team to develop strategies to reach the quota.
- Sets daily, weekly and monthly sales goals and achieves goals.

**Minimum requirements**:

- ** Studies**: High School Degree is **required**. desirable studies in International Business, Business Administration, Foreign Trade, Industrial Engineering, Finances, Logistics or any other career related.
- **Experience**: 5 years of experience in general sales// Minimum 4 years of BPO Sales experience**// **Experence selling to US companies//
- **Language**: C1+ English level. Excellent pronunciation and writting

**Perks**:

- ** Schedule**:Monday to Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. We work by the American calendar.
- **Contract**: Indefinite term contract + Benefits.
- **Places**: Only for Medellin. The position will be **Remote**.
- **Salary**: $ 5'000.000 or more COP.
