**What Will You Do?**:
As a **Microsoft Azure Engineer**, you will play a critical role in architecting, deploying, and managing Azure Stack HCI solutions. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement hybrid cloud integrations, optimize storage and networking configurations, and ensure high performance and security. This role will involve working with the latest features and updates, providing innovative solutions for our clients' cloud and on-premises infrastructures.

**What Is the Role's Objective?**:
Your mission will be to deliver best-in-class Azure Stack HCI solutions, enabling seamless integration between on-premises infrastructure and Azure services. By leveraging your expertise, you will ensure system reliability, performance, and scalability while adhering to security best practices.

**What Are We Looking For?**:
We are looking for a highly skilled professional with hands-on experience in Azure Stack HCI, Windows Server environments, and hybrid cloud integrations. You should be adept at automating workflows, optimizing storage and networking performance, and implementing advanced security configurations.

**What Will Your Main Responsibilities Be?**:
**Azure Stack HCI Architecture & Components**
- Deep understanding of Azure Stack HCI architecture, components, and integration with Azure services.
- Expertise in the 23H2 release, including its new features and enhancements.

**Windows Server Proficiency**
- Installation, configuration, and management of Windows Server 2022/2023.
- Advanced knowledge of Hyper-V for virtualization, including virtual machines, switches, and storage.

**Networking Skills**
- Proficiency in Azure Networking, including virtual networks, VPNs, and ExpressRoute.
- Expertise in software-defined networking (SDN) concepts and implementation.
- Strong understanding of TCP/IP, DNS, and DHCP protocols.

**Storage Solutions**
- Experience with software-defined storage (SDS) and Storage Spaces Direct (S2D).
- Ability to optimize storage performance and implement tiered storage strategies.

**Hybrid Cloud Integration**
- Integration of Azure services such as Azure Backup, Azure Site Recovery, and Azure Monitor with HCI environments.
- Proficiency in Azure Arc for unified management of HCI resources.

**Security Best Practices**
- Advanced skills in identity and access management, including Azure AD, RBAC, and MFA.
- Implementation of security policies, encryption, and compliance standards within HCI environments.

**Automation & Scripting**
- Advanced PowerShell scripting for automation and management of Azure Stack HCI.
- Familiarity with Azure Automation tools for workflow automation.

**Monitoring & Management Tools**
- Expertise in using Windows Admin Center for HCI cluster management and troubleshooting.
- Experience with Azure Monitor and Log Analytics for proactive monitoring and alerting.

**Clustering & High Availability**
- Proficiency in failover clustering and ensuring high availability and resilience.
- Disaster recovery planning using Azure services and on-premises solutions.

**Troubleshooting & Support**
- Strong diagnostic skills for resolving issues within the HCI infrastructure.
- Expertise in performance tuning and proactive management.

**Backup & Recovery**
- Experience implementing Azure Backup for data protection.
- Designing and managing recovery strategies to ensure data integrity and availability.

**Requirements**:
**To Join Us, You Should Have**:

- Strong expertise in Azure Stack HCI architecture, components, and integrations.
- Proficiency in Windows Server 2022/2023 and Hyper-V virtualization technologies.
- Advanced knowledge of networking protocols and software-defined networking (SDN).
- Hands-on experience with hybrid cloud solutions and Azure services integration.
- Advanced scripting skills, particularly in PowerShell and Azure Automation.
- Familiarity with Windows Admin Center, Azure Monitor, and Log Analytics.
- Strong understanding of high availability, failover clustering, and disaster recovery planning.
- **Fluent English proficiency (B2/C1)** for effective communication and documentation.
