The Business Analyst will be responsible for managing the negative flow of new Rappitenderos in Latam. They will be responsible for managing, optimizing, reporting, and proposing strategies focused on reducing churn and increasing lifetime value.

Como parte de Rappi, serás responsable de:
Functions:

- Identify opportunities based on data and propose strategies.
- Execute projects related to reducing churn from 0 to success throughout Latam.
- Responsible for meeting the OKRs of the area.
- Prioritize initiatives correctly in terms of urgency and importance.
- Work closely with global operations and product teams.
- Give visibility to the area to different stakeholders (9 local teams, product teams, support teams, etc.).
- Change the reality of our new fleet, in terms of productivity, and first experiences

**Requirements**:

- Graduates in fields related to Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Economics, or related fields.
- +1 year of experience in areas of operations, sales, or lifecycle.
- Experience in project execution from 0 to 100.
- Ability to make data-driven decisions and oriented to results.
- Assertive communication, a good level in executive presentation creation, and good interpersonal relationships.
- Proactivity and curiosity.
- Ability to handle unexpected situations, prioritize correctly, and look for unusual solutions.
- Advanced knowledge in Excel, SQL, and Power BI (similar).
- Intermediate-advanced level of English (plus if they have knowledge of Portuguese).
