Overview

Role
- Report to the VP, AML Solutions Product Manager and work closely with

the platform, billing
and finance teams to track successful processes monthly.
- Prepare monthly files and reports to feed into multiple processes required

for monthly invoicing.
- Integrate data from multiple data sources.
- Track customer use of AML Solutions and forecast impact to our financial

targets.
- Support Program management operations - Ensure customers billing is

reported/processed accurately.
- Respond to customer inquiries related to invoicing.
- Collaborate with the billing team and finance teams as required.
- Identify, support & drive process improvement initiatives (to work

methods, processes & systems).
- Report on and identify monthly operational KPIs including financials, and

product usage.
- Provide reporting including interpretation, trends, and root cause analysis

to assist preparation for monthly or ad-hoc reviews.

All about you
We are looking for a proficient agile person with interest and passion for payments and/or fintech, banking, and financial services.
- Experience in the Payments ecosystem is an advantage.
- In-depth experience of Excel (advanced) required.
- Have curiosity, agility, creativity, and a team player attitude.
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities (English); ability to

communicate independently and build strong relationships.
- Detailed, process-oriented individual with high level of understanding of

data, data matching across multiple sources.
- Pro-active problem solver; always searching for process improvement

opportunities.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with an ability to identify key

issues, structure analysis and synthesize large amounts of data, and
provide recommendations effectively.
- Have strong written and verbal communication skills to clearly articulate

and simplify complex topics.
- Demonstrate a commitment to continuous learning by leveraging the

learning & development curriculum to augment existing knowledge, skills
and experiences.
