We buy medical bills of injured people who sue the insurance company of the person responsible through an "injury attorney". Cases are usually resolved within 2 to 4 years and hospitals/clinics do not receive payment until then. That is why many clinics and hospitals decide to sell their invoices. Once purchased, we are the legal owners. We maintain a relationship with the lawyers, keeping the status of the cases up to date and we also negotiate those cases directly with the law firm. No knowledge of US law is required. We train you **What do we offer you?** - Hours: Monday to Friday from 7am - 4pm (Variable based on the time of year for the United States) - American holidays are not worked. - Indefinite term contract. - A competitive salary: $2,400,00 per month. **We are looking for someone**: - We are looking for a proactive, energetic person with a B2 level of English To be part of our amazing negotiating team. - Basic handling of excel, google sheets, word, and Acrobat PDF for follow-up reports of such cases is required. - Maintain contact with the medical facilities with which we do business for pending cases for payments, reimbursements, client lists, analysis of their behaviors, and escalations to high command. - Negotiate our receivable with the handling attorney based on the available monetary resources which result in a settlement with the local insurance. Basically, the required qualities correspond to a responsible person, willing to learn and know the business we manage, stable, proactive, with a structured and conversational level of English. Being a professional is a great ''plus'', and experience in customer care and similar areas is beneficial. I know it seems like a lot but we will train you and be there to help.
