**The Position**:

- Screen inbound applicants and qualify and disqualify them based on predefined criteria.
- Manage the company's job board posting.
- Build Technical Summary Documents in Notion, for each new hire.
- Update spreadsheets in Google Drive to keep the Sales team apprised of which new hires are available to be staffed.
- Perform other administrative tasks as needed.

**What We're Looking For**:

- At least 1 year of experience sourcing or screening IT profiles.
- Strong computer skills. Experience with the Google Suite, including Calendar, Mail, Docs, and Sheets.
- Upbeat, energetic, positive can-do attitude with a tireless work ethic.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Strong problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Highly organized person and forensic attention to detail.
- You care about the little things and always strive to do things the right way.
- Proficient computer skills...you can type without looking at the keyboard, and know your way around Word, and Excel.
- You use lists and reminders to make sure things don't slip through the cracks.
- Ability to consistently work 40 hours per week, in a full-time position.
