- **Take the lead**:Establish and execute HR strategies to address challenges with performance and employee retention and engagement focus on the attrition of our campaigns.
- **Keep Sutherland aligned**:Measure and monitor existing policies and procedures.
- **Promote an open-door policy**:Remain available to the team and encourage a collaborative environment.
- **Keep morale high**:Ensure motivational programs are in place and encourage frequent recognitions.
- **Keep things running**:Coordinate site events and activities.
- **Communication**:developing a communication strategy to engage corporate stakeholders and employees through innovative and leading-edge communications, motivate employees and provide clarity around a common purpose, inspiring confidence in our leadership and driving engagement and advocacy for the business. - **Advocate for employees**:Champion completion of Employee Experience Surveys - follow action plans

**Qualifications**:

- Strong knowledge in MS Office
- Three or more years of Corporate event planning experience and internal communication
- Strong verbal and written communication skills; able to communicate in a clear, constructive, and professional manner
- Ability to be pro-active in developing trust and professional rapport with employees and team members; able to be a team-player
- Ability to efficiently manage time and keep track of multiple schedules, meetings, and initiatives
- Ability to be creative and resourceful in finding effective solutions to problems and situations, the ability to work with a high degree of autonomy while maintaining very high standards and a meticulous attention to detail
