**Summary**

**Responsibilities**

  • Design, develop, and manage relational databases, including creating tables, optimizing SQL queries, and ensuring efficient data storage.
  • Identify and resolve technical problems related to code, database, or server configuration.
  • Generate comprehensive documentation for the developed solutions.
  • Provide timely support and address assigned requirements.
  • Create innovative solutions to strengthen current processes.
  • Ensure data quality and integration.
  • Write clean, efficient, and scalable code.
  • Improve integration processes.
  • Ensure the quality of deliverables.
  • Understand stakeholder needs.

**Requirements**

  • Extensive knowledge and experience in PHP, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
  • Strong understanding of relational database design and SQL.
  • Proficiency with MySQL or PostgreSQL.
  • Experience with PHP frameworks such as Laravel or CodeIgniter.
  • Familiarity with web security principles.
  • Knowledge of version control tools.
  • Experience with agile development methodologies.
  • Familiarity with JIRA is desirable.
  • Bilingual with a high level of proficiency in English and Spanish.
  • Experience in the health and travel insurance industry is a plus.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • Proactive in presenting creative solutions to problems.
  • Strong problem-solving skills.
  • Teamwork skills and effective collaboration with cross-functional teams.
  • Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Strong organizational and attention to detail skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs.

**Education and Experience**

  • Professional degree in systems, computer science, or related fields.
  • Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in similar roles.
