**Responsibilities**
- Engage and attract talent by implementing different sourcing strategies
- Responsible for doing market research, identifying and sourcing LatAm top tech talent
- Keep track of recruiting metrics

**Main Requirements**
- At least 2 years of experience with sourcing and/or recruiting
- Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology, Business Administration, or a similar field
- Proficient in English (mandatory)
- Autonomy, adaptability, positivity, and proactivity
