Our client is in search of a highly motivated and skilled **Cisco Network Administrator** to join their ranks. In this role, you'll be entrusted with the day-to-day operations, maintenance, and security of our client’s Cisco-based network infrastructure. Your responsibilities will include troubleshooting and resolving network issues, implementing new technologies, and ensuring optimal network performance for all users.

Tech Stack:
- Strong understanding of Cisco networking concepts and technologies.
- CCNA Certification Required.
- Cisco Networking: Configure and manage Cisco routers, switches, firewalls, and other network devices.
- Strong understanding of Cisco networking concepts and technologies.
- Network Troubleshooting: Proven ability to troubleshoot and resolve network issues. Monitor network performance and troubleshoot connectivity issues.
- Network Security: Maintain and configure network security policies and procedures.
- System Maintenance and Upgrades: Perform network maintenance and system upgrades, including service packs, patches, hot-fixes, and security configurations.
- Documentation and Communication: Develop and document common tasks for knowledge sharing, streamline procedures, and enable automation opportunities. Communicate effectively with clients via phone and in meetings, addressing inquiries and concerns. Updating knowledge base articles.
- Support and Collaboration: Provide Level-2/3 support and troubleshooting to resolve issues. Collaborate with Client Success Managers on reports. Identify issues requiring higher-level expertise and escalate them to the appropriate support tier.
Plus:

- Communicate effectively with clients via phone and in meetings, addressing their inquiries and concerns.
- Resolve network incidents of low to medium complexity, employing efficient troubleshooting techniques.
- Identify issues requiring higher-level expertise and escalate them to the appropriate support tier.
- Participate in an on-call rotation to provide technical assistance during non-prime business hours.
- Stay up to date on the latest Cisco technologies and best practices.
