Qc Coordinator

**Responsibilities**:

- Assist the VP with tasks for all audit products.
- Communicate with the responding clinical department to obtain detailed responses to audit findings. To the extent possible, ensure responses are received on a timely basis. Prepare follow-up documents, as necessary, prior to submission to the billing department.
- Communicates routinely with VP regarding audit progress, issues, other departmental work timelines, priorities, etc.
- Compile and finalize audit reports; create PDF files packets to send to funding source.
- Ensuring compliance with current regulations.
- Developing internal auditing tools and conducting internal audits and reports.
- Performing regular inspecting and review to ensure staff adhere to policies and procedures.
- Assisting with the development of company policies, processes, and procedures.
- Preparing and maintaining quality management documentation.
- Participates to multi-department meetings for workflow coordination.
- Perform related duties as required.

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent decision-making and problem-solving skills
- Strong organizational skills
