Championx de Colombia Ltda has an immediate need for an Associate Accountant, an Accounting Professional with at least 3 years of experience in managing accounting, tax and payroll records processes, organizational skills and teamwork. Focused on meeting objectives in a timely manner, good management of computer tools, reporting to the accountant Supervisor in our service group. This is your chance to join a great company that offers a competitive base salary and benefits. You will be responsible for the accounting and registration of accounting documents. Supports the general accounting supervisor in the analysis of accounts, preparation of regional and local reports.
Among his Responsibilities: Review and registration of monthly payroll files, Preparation of Dane reports, Preparation of expense and cost reports (Business Support), Support in accounting closing processes (closing of banks, collections, fixed assets, difference in portfolio exchange, manual portfolio and supplier receipts, base monthly report for rent provision, AR and AP confirmations linked), Control of fixed assets module, accounting record of the same and corporate report, Support in audit attention, Support in IFRS accounting closing, Entries of Capex, elaboration, Adjustments balance reconciliations and Control retention in guarantee
