**QA AUTOMATION ENGINEER**

**Tu misión**:
Diseñar, implementar y mantener procesos automatizados de aseguramiento de calidad (QA) que garanticen la funcionalidad, estabilidad y rendimiento de las soluciones tecnológicas de FEXE.
El QA Automation Engineer asegura la eficiencia y confiabilidad del ciclo de desarrollo, previene errores en producción, optimiza los tiempos de validación y contribuye al fortalecimiento técnico y operativo de la organización dentro del modelo DevOps FEXE.

¿Qué buscamos?
- Profesional en Ingeniería de Sistemas, Software, Electrónica o afines.
- Formación deseable: Formación complementaria en Automatización de Pruebas, QA o DevOps.
- **MÍNIMO 2 AÑOS DE EXPERIENCIA EN AUTOMATIZACIÓN DE PRUEBAS.** Experiência en integración continua y metodologías ágiles. EXPERIENCIA DEMOSTRABLE EN TESTING AUTOMATIZADO DE APIS, UI Y BACKEND.
- Herramientas Clave: Selenium / Cypress / Playwright, Postman / JMeter, Jenkins / GitHub, Actions / GitLab CI, Jira / TestRail / Zephyr, Git / Docker
- Herramientas Deseables: Testim.io, Mabl, Functionize, Appvance IQ (testing autónomo).
ChatGPT, OpenAI API, Hugging Face (generación de casos y validación de resultados).
Scikit-learn, TensorFlow, PyTorch (análisis predictivo y machine learning para QA).Automatización de procesos y RPA: UiPath, Make, n8n.

- Horario: Lunes a viernes en horario de oficina
- Modalidad: Hibrido
- Lugar oficina: Norte de la ciudad de Bogotá

Funciones:
1. Diseñar y mantener frameworks de automatización.
2. Ejecutar y monitorear pruebas automatizadas.

3. Integrar pruebas en pipelines CI/CD.
4. Diseñar casos de prueba basados en criterios de aceptación.
5. Participar en ceremonias ágiles (daily, sprint review, retrospectiva).
6. Investigar e implementar mejoras en automatización.
