**What the role is**

You will be in responsible of the implementation and continuity of the HSEQ Integrated Management System.

**What you will be doing**
- To be responsible for the creation, implementation and continuity of the Integrated Management System HSEQ.(IMS HSEQ)
- Plan, organize, direct and develop the IMS HSEQ and its respective evaluation.
- Promote the participation of all members of the company in the implementation of the IMS HSEQ.
- Comply with legal requirements regarding safety, health and sustainability.
- Develop sustainability programs and carry out the respective follow-up.
- Inspect locations, ensuring legal compliance from the real estate phase and development to the operations phase.
- Attend and lead visits from government entities related to safety, health and sustainability.
- Ensure the health and safety of all employees and contractors.
- Follow up on inspections, create improvement plans, and propose strategies to mitigate risks.
- Ensure the proper functioning of the Health and Safety Committees.
- Ensure the delivery of equipment to employees on time and with the specifications of the law. (Personal Protection Elements, Uniforms, etc.).
- Lead the Preventive Maintenance Programs in all locations, and ensure compliance with these in terms of time and quality.
- Ensure the procurement of suppliers for the maintenance of the locations and supervise their compliance.
- Supervise and support the budgets of each location as far as the Maintenance Department is concerned.
- Ensure compliance with the law and perform all the procedures for operating records required in each location (Sayco and Asinpro, National Tourism Registry, Insurance, etc.).

**What you need for the role**
- Advanced English. Knowledge in H&S (SST Legislation + ISO 45001 + Current License) Quality and Environmental.
- Professional in HSEQ with more than 5 years of experience, preferably in the hotel and tourism sector, with knowledge in integrated management systems of SST, quality and environmental.
