**What We Are Looking For**:

- You have a minimum of 2 years of experience sourcing and hiring mid-level and senior software engineers in Latin America experienced in Ruby on Rails, React.js, Node, Ember, Angular, or Vue.
- You are experienced in sourcing talented software engineers for hard-to-fill positions.
- You speak and write English fluently.
- You have a positive attitude and a tireless work ethic.
- You're upbeat and energetic and excited to come to work each day.

**What You'll Be Doing**:

- Source software engineers experienced in Ruby on Rails, React, and Node, using Linkedin Recruiter and Lever.
- Administer and manage technical tests.
- Create and send job offers.
- Participate in daily standups with the hiring team, sales team, and management team.
- Source and hire at least two software engineers each month, with a goal of hiring 4+ engineers per month.
