**Responsabilidades**:

- Recibir y filtrar llamadas telefónicas confidenciales.
- Canalizar preguntas o inquietudes al punto de escalamiento designado.
- Resolver problemas de acceso y cambios de contraseña del sistema.
- Participar y hacer seguimiento a proyectos especiales del departamento.
- Realizar verificaciones verbales de empleo.
- Brindar asistencia y apoyo en tareas o problemas complejos.

**Requerimientos**:

- Al menos 1 año de experiência en servicio al cliente.
- Nível de inglés C1.
- Manejo de grandes volúmenes de llamadas entrantes y salientes.
- Familiaridad con sistemas CRM y buenas prácticas.
